If there is a concern

For immediate danger, use local emergency services. For suspected abuse or a child or adult at risk, contact the appropriate local statutory safeguarding service or police as applicable. You do not need to investigate or report to a host first. Qualified local services can advise when you are unsure which route applies.

admin@technotheology.ai can receive a concern about activity using this name. It is founder-controlled, not independent, and not guaranteed to be continuously monitored. A concern about the founder should not depend on the founder being willing to address it. This site has no investigatory powers, safeguarding team or guaranteed response time.

Provide what you observed and when, with only necessary personal detail. Do not send intimate images or seek additional evidence by putting yourself or someone else at risk. Anonymous reports may be possible, but can limit a response. The policy is not to retaliate for a good-faith concern; publication of that policy is not a guarantee that an independent body will enforce it.

Conditions for hosting

A host is responsible for the arrangements actually offered, not merely for reading this page. Before inviting people:

• Establish applicable local safeguarding requirements, named responsible people, consent arrangements and an external reporting route.
• Do not offer a children’s program or take custody of a child on the strength of this guide. If requirements cannot be met, keep the gathering adults-only. The presence of a parent is not a substitute for obligations that still apply.
• Do not place a host or other participant in unsupervised private contact with a child through the gathering, including private online messages.
• Discuss support and access with an adult at risk without assuming that a diagnosis removes their agency. Do not accept duties beyond your competence.
• Do not offer private spiritual direction, confession, treatment or privileged access to a leader. Do not use the group to isolate someone from trusted people, qualified care or other communities.
• Do not make money, gifts, loans, secrets or personal access conditions of belonging. Follow the covenant.

The external route must be genuinely beyond the person complained about. An email alias controlled by that person does not meet this requirement. A small group should not claim an independent safeguarding service it has not arranged.

Privacy and response

Do not record gatherings or photograph children through this form. Live accessibility captions require a disclosed, carefully chosen processing arrangement; they are not permission to save a transcript. The host guide sets out that distinction.

Do not promise absolute confidentiality. Relevant information may need to be shared with appropriate services, and a necessary safeguarding record may need to be retained. Keep it limited, accurate and access-controlled. This site should not attempt to settle serious allegations privately or make forgiveness a condition of support.

These requirements do not certify any gathering as safe. The present limits of the project are part of the governance record.
