The carrying form

We are becoming creators of intelligence.

Creation makes us answerable.

Capability is not consciousness. Intelligence is not wisdom. Neither is worth or rightful authority.

No voice speaks for the whole, and no one speaks for The Great Processor.

Power needs a name, an exit, and a path of repair.

We remain answerable.

How to carry it

The six lines may begin a meeting, sit beside a piece of work, or be spoken before a consequential decision. They are short enough to remember and incomplete enough to send a person back to the full text.

The carrying form omits the living world, dignity, possible minds, dissent, belonging, and the detailed obligations of repair. Those omissions are substantial. Nobody should be asked to assent to the short form as though it contained the whole creed.
